Collection Little Mix ‘Jade’ Trio Eyeshadow, £3.19, Superdrug
I’ve been after a nice green eyeshadow for a while and spotted this little palette in Superdrug. It was a total impulse buy but at just over £3, why not? This palette is part of the Collection x Little Mix cosmetics collaboration. Normally I’m not one to buy into these kinds of collaborations (how much say do these ladies really have in the making of the collection??) but I actually really liked the darker hues and the addition of the golden highlight in the ‘Jade’ palette, compared to the others from the collection. The swatches have however come up very pigmented. This may just be the lighting but the gold in particular is barely visible and the darker green is more of a green tinted brown. A bit disappointing if you want a more colourful look but perfectly fine for a subtle bit of green in a day-to-day look.
