    – Coffee & train delays – Day #188 – My bookshelf tour post – Day # 189 – Day #190 – Day #191 – Day #192 – Friday movie night at my friend’s house – My Taylor Swift shoes –

A quick one today. It’s been a hectic week and even more hectic weekend. This week probably will be even more hectic as I get everything sorted before my mini week off this Easter. Will be happy to have a couple of lie-ins, meet ups with friends and copious amounts of blogging catch ups.
Sorry to get all list-y on you guys but just a couple of mini reminders for housekeepings sake:-
    • Remember to check out my Bookshelf Tour from Tuesday. I’ve been dying to do the post so am pretty happy with how it turned out.
    • Also make sure to migrate over to BlogLovin‘ and follow me on there now that GFC is on it’s way out!
    • My Blogger’s Bookshelf review of The Rosie Project. My review even got retweeted by Graeme Simsion himself!

Coming to you from a very sleep deprived and delirious state, courtesy of Team Starkid posting the final of their Potter musical trilogy (A Very Potter Senior Year) online this weekend….le sigh it’s tough being an obsessive fangirl sometimes lol.
Anyway…from my photos are looking little more colourful thanks to the lighter mornings. Though freak weather week (i.e. sunshine, SNOW, and rainy downpours) are just plain confusing. I got a good chance to shop last Sunday, have been soaking up fashion magazines and blogs again, not to mention the fact that I finally caught up on fashion week coverage! I’m itching to get back to fashion content again, now I just gotta find the time to write it =/
In more global blogger news. I’m assuming most of you reading this will have seen that Google are getting rid of GFC/GoogleReader this Summer. As GFC is where most bloggers get their follower counts and is undoubtedly the easiest way of tracking and following blogs, you can imagine most bloggers are freaking out a little.
Never fear! I’ve been on BlogLovin for a while now and it seems like most people are migrating themselves over to that platform to follow blogs anyway. I found a simple guide to importing your GoogleReads blog over there thanks to Twitter, just click here. Et voila! All the goodness of GFC in, much easier platform. I’ve also been trying out Feedly, the interface is very different but is another nice GFC/BlogLovin platform.
So don’t forget to start following me on BlogLovin’ below (am also debating getting a HelloCotton account for ease but we’ll see!)

    – re-arranged bookshelves – 15 y/o self seeping into my shuffle songs – Day #178 – one day heatwave! – started on The Great Gatsby, not bad so far! – Day #179 – Day #180 – lunch at la desk courtesy of Tesco’s finest lol – Day #181 – Day #182 – Newest Cosmo, with beauty freebie – brogue lust –
First of all Happy Mother’s Day to all the lovely mums, especially my own mum =) we’re taking a family out for some retail therapy and good food as you read this, so I’m coming to you from the past *cue TARDIS noise :P*.

Anywho, a good ol’ week where Britain got the tiniest bit of sunshine…and will once again plummet back to chilly weather again next week (just as I was getting optimistic about being able to jump into Spring). Which is shame really, as I even noticed my quick ‘Year In Workwear’ record seemed to look a little brighter thanks to the morning sunlight. I do miss taking full on outfit photos on my camera but taking a quickie shot on my phone in the morning is a) all I have time to do and b) much easier than lugging the camera out, making sure the whole outfit is seen, making sure I look halfway decent in the shot, setting up the right angles and ISOs etc. That being said I’m on the hunt for a cheap and powerful compact and have cornered two that I’m willing to aim for savings-wise. Perhaps it’ll inspire me to check off my ‘take more photos’ items on my 2013 resolutions list.

Speaking of timescales, I only realised the other day that I’d been working full-time at my placement for 7 months! How crazy is that? Not only do I feel like I’ve been there for years, but time has just flown by. Only 5/6ish months to go until I head back into Academia for my final year at Uni =|

One other important coundown…LeakyCon comes about a little sooner at about 4/5 months now. Acts are starting to filter through and though my two favourite people may not be there *cough*John & Hank Green sob*cough* I’m still ridiculously pumped for it! Is it too early to be looking for a dress for the Saturday Night ball? Of course not!

Even sooner than that? My 21st birthday at the end of April…er…=S

And then before that? April’s Camp Nano, reviews for Blogger’s Bookshelf, possibly a bookshelf tour for here, and desperate fashion week/blog life catch up….

Phew…that sufficient enough an update?…think I might need a lie down after all that.
