Guys let me introduce you to my latest TV obsession, Orphan Black.
Following the story of Sarah Manning, who after witnessing the suicide of a woman who looks just like her, decides to take her identity to start a new life for herself and her young daughter Kira. But that’s only the start of Sarah’s story, because the woman wasn’t just her look-a-like the woman – who we later learn is called Beth Childs – was her clone and she’s not the only one out there. Sarah soon ends up in a tangled web, discovering her fellow clones along the way and the truth as to why they were created…all whilst trying not to get killed.
In celebration of Orphan Black returning to BBC America this week – and hopefully on BBC3 some time soon too, please and thanks Beeb Bosses! – I thought I’d showcase the style of the women of Orphan Black. Say hello to the Clone Club. (more…)
