Beauty | Lush Reviews: The Citrus Edition

The best thing about going cruelty free is the totally guilt free shopping experience in Lush. I’ve had so much fun trying out new and old products but lately I seem to have been going with a theme with my last few purchases… all seem to be tinged with a blast of citrus-y goodness!

Pumice Power

I was already sold on this product after reading Becky’s review. A pumice-foot scrub combo, Pumice Power is great for exfoliating the soles of your feet – like a regular pumice stone! The sweet orange oil scent coming off this is divine! My only gripe is that it does leave the tub a little grubby – nothing a quick rinse of the tub can’t fix though – and I would like it to have been a little grittier for tougher skin.

Sexy Peel Soap

Bursting with hints of orange, lemon and lime this soap is choc-a-block with amazing citrus scents. Once lathered up this honestly smells incredible in the shower and sort of reminds me of the Christmas markets (definitely the hints of orange peel in there!). This one in particular leaves your skin feeling super soft too and is vegan friendly as well.

Bohemian Soap

Super light compared to Sexy Peel, this soap has a touch of lemon oil to give it its citrus kick. This one’s a bit more solid that other Lush soaps and doesn’t melt as quickly so will hold up for longer. The only problem with that is that it doesn’t lather up as well, so would works better just as a hand or face soap. I’m in love with how refreshing this is though. Perfect pick me up after a long day and this one’s vegan too!

Have any of you tried any of these? Let me know what you think of them!
