- Sarah takes us with her on the promotional shoot for The Accidental Empress and OHMYGODYOUGUYS. Shot at the Waldolf Astoria and St Paul’s Chapel in NYC, the photos are really something out of this world. The dresses, the pageantry, the h a i r *wistfuly sighs*
- Sorry not sorry but I found a Tumblr post with book recommendations based on 1989 and it’s the greatest thing I’ve ever seen. Two of my greatest loves combined = BLISS
- I’m basically going to bookmark every single one of Sophie’s podcast recommendations. I used to be pretty addicted to podcasts as a teenager and am trying find some decent ones to get back into. There’s some fantastic suggestions, so I definitely encourage you guys to check them out too.
- I’ve gotten really into falafel recently (they keep it well stocked at the salad bar at work!) and I’m totally into April’s recipe for gluten-free carrot and coriander falafels. I’ve definitely got to give this a go at some point.
- I’ve got some serious home envy for Jen and Kara’s places in their recent posts. I’m really into cool tones and semi-Scandi decor at the moment, plus I love all the little quirky touches these girls have added to their homes too.
- Sophie’s ode to boots could basically be written by me. Love me a good boot. Praise boots!
- I literally stumbled upon The August List walking past The Truck Store in Oxford. They were playing a live acoustic set and I decided to stay a while after getting the urge to go in to browse through the cd’s in there. If you’re into folk-y indie rock these guys are the band for you.
- Just sharing two of the reviews I’ve seen for Inika cosmetics from Sarah and Aly, but this brand seem to be ON IT with contacting bloggers to promo because I’ve seen them everywhere! Inika are cruelty free, vegan and organic, plus the quality of the products judging by these reviews is pretty awesome.
- Bonus shout out! My awesome blogging buddy Erin gave E-Elise Etc a little facelift and it’s looking F L Y guys. Check it out!
