Hello and welcome to the latest edition of The Sunday Share Out! Grab your hot beverage of choice and check out which posts, videos and bloggers I’ve been loving from around the Interwebs lately.

  • First things first, let’s give a quick round of applause for Becky’s no nonsense guide on what you can do to help the refugee crisis and has also thrown a spotlight on the work of Amnesty International. The post is wonderfully eloquent and I urge you all to read, especially in light of the developments in the refugee crisis over the past few weeks.
  • Jennie wrote very personal blog post on feeling a little bit isolated – definitely been back and forth with many of these thoughts so many times. It’s sadly reassuring that I’m not alone. None of us are that alone really. Big love to Jennie for being so honest.
  • This Mike Falzone video is an oldie but a goodie. A quick reminder the take out our headphones, look up from our phones once in a while and simply observe and participate.
  • Gear up for some serious interior envy. There’s just so much light in Cat’s bedroom! And I adore the colourful little personal pieces that are dotted around the room too.
  • The beauty products in China debate is one that’s bandied back and forth in the cruelty free community. Some people adhere to not buying from brands that sell in China, some are content with the fact that companies adhere to EU laws on animal testing. Personally I want to try and buy from brands that don’t skirt around loopholes and Gemima lays down the facts on the China issue in a total jargon free way. Her post is great if you’re venturing into the cruelty free realm for the first time.
  • Once again my girl Michelle put together a SOLID playlist of Taylor Swift’s most underrated songs. It’s hella good guys. All Too Well is my JAM.
  • With the news that Serial is about to resurface with a brand new case, I’m itching to get back into some decent podcasts before I get sucked into another case. Erin’s got some fantastic podcast recommendations if you too are in the market for a new crime podcast as well.
  • I can’t be the only one who was absolutely enthralled by Rosie’s wonderful look into her wedding. Doesn’t she make the most beautiful bride?
  • *New favourite blog klaxon* Scarphellia is by far one the best things I’ve stumbled upon and Katie’s post on her time living on a boat in Brooklyn totally had me hooked. Her posts are incredibly personal and are honestly so refreshing to read.
  • I love Covent Garden and like to think I know the area pretty well, but Kristabel has slipped us some recommendations of places to visit that I had no idea about in her mini guide.
  • And finally let me leave you with a little but of wanderlust courtesy of Candice. I’ve never considered Normandy as a legitimate holiday destination, maybe a stop en-route to Paris but her photo diary of her trip has got me rethinking the little town’s potential.

R.xoxo

….well, I just ended up adding most of Criminal’s episodes onto my ‘Listen Later’ list. THEY ALL SOUND SO INTERESTING *-*
And I just realised I’m seeing TSwift on Friday!!! I bought these tickets last year, so it feels kinda surreal that one year has already passed??? But as for her underrated songs I enjoy–‘Enchanted’, ‘Last Kiss’, ‘Long Live’, ‘Hey Stephen’,….and probs too many more
